Homemade Cinnamon Maple Sugar sourdough bagels by Masa & Schmaltz. A little sticky, a little sweet, we put our cinnamon-sugar blend right on top so it caramelizes for the ultimate sugary crunch. If you like cinnamon raisin bagels but could do without the raisins, you will *love* our Cinnamon Maple Sugar. And our maple sugar is locally sourced from Shaw's Maple in Clinton!

Bagels are mixed with a wild yeast sourdough starter, slow-fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked, yielding a superior flavor, chew, and crust. We use only local, organic, freshly milled flour. Bagels are baked on Tuesday mornings for maximum freshness.
