Is the bagel of your dreams sold out? Fear not, gentle ones. While, due to software constraints, we can only list a limited number of available bagels for each topping/flavor, the reality is that we can make any of our Tuesday bagels into the one you want--the one you really, really want. The "Custom Bagel" is a catch-all category so that you can order your ideal number of bagels topped exactly as you wish, whether or not some early bird emptied out the Everything Bagels category before you even poured your morning coffee.

How it works:
1) Add as many "Custom" bagels to your cart as you like, and
2) leave us a note during checkout specifying which of our listed flavors (see below) you'd like your "Custom" bagels to become.

Example: "For my 8 custom bagels, I'd like 2 sesame, 2 toasted pepitas and smoked salt, and 4 cinnamon maple sugar bagels." (See? That's not too hard! Just like ordering at a restaurant, only in writing.)

Homemade sourdough bagels by Masa & Schmaltz. Bagels are mixed with a wild yeast sourdough starter, slow-fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked, yielding a superior flavor, chew, and crust. We use only local, organic, freshly milled flour. Bagels are baked on Tuesday mornings for maximum freshness.
