Homemade everything sourdough bagels by Masa & Schmaltz. Feeling indecisive? This is the bagel for you, with the perfect mix of garlicky, salty, nutty flavor.
Bagels are mixed with a wild yeast sourdough starter, slow-fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked, yielding a superior flavor, chew, and crust. We use only local, organic, freshly milled flour. Bagels are baked on Tuesday mornings for maximum freshness. Everything bagels are seeded on both sides, so you can enjoy both halves of your bagel equally.
