Homemade garlic sourdough bagels by Masa & Schmaltz. Unapologetically garlicky; a classic with attitude. The leather jacket of bagels, without tasting at all like a leather jacket.

Bagels are mixed with a wild yeast sourdough starter, slow-fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked, yielding a superior flavor, chew, and crust. We use only local, organic, freshly milled flour. Bagels are baked on Tuesday mornings for maximum freshness. Garlic bagels are garlicked on both sides, so you can enjoy both halves of your bagel equally.
