Homemade plain sourdough bagels by Masa & Schmaltz. With a bubbly, slightly crispy crust boasting a the ideal golden-brown hue, the plain bagel is the ultimate blank canvas to support your wildest bagel dreams.

Bagels are mixed with a wild yeast sourdough starter, slow-fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked, yielding a superior flavor, chew, and crust. We use only local, organic, freshly milled flour. Bagels are baked on Tuesday mornings for maximum freshness. Plain bagels are not seeded on any side; they're plain.
