Perk up your senses with a savory, yet balanced, hit of salt; piled high with veggies, this bagel does not miss.

Bagels are mixed with a wild yeast sourdough starter, slow-fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked, yielding a superior flavor, chew, and crust. We use only local, organic, freshly milled flour. Bagels are baked on Tuesday mornings for maximum freshness. Salt bagels are salted on both sides, so you can enjoy both halves of your bagel equally.
