Hello everyone,
We’re excited to announce that the first Local Foods Mohawk Valley market pick up will take place on Tuesday, May 31st, with the site going live for orders on May 25th!
LFMV aims to provide locally sourced food that comprises a whole diet. We already have ten wonderful vendors who offer everything you might need to enjoy a delicious meal, including flowers to decorate the table. Starting off the produce will be a little bit lean, but as the season progresses, you can expect a greater variety of vegetable and fruit offerings. In order to shop, you’ll need an account, so please register for one on our website.
Here’s how it works: from noon Wednesday (May 25th) until 11:55 PM Sunday (May 29th), the site is open for orders. You can browse by category (vegetables, dairy and eggs, meat, etc.) and add products to your cart at your leisure. When you’re done shopping, you’ll check out online. After the ordering period closes, our farmers will be hard at work filling orders for delivery on the following Tuesday. Pick up takes place each Tuesday at the Clinton Methodist Church, 105 Utica Street, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please note our customer info page for details on curbside delivery.
