Thanks for your interest in our farm. KC & Kristi have been growing specialty mushrooms in Central New York Since 2008. Our family moved back here in 2005 to create a rural lifestyle. Mushrooms have been a large part of that. Our business began as a modest part time adventure with 100 shiitake logs set on our wooded property. We sold at a market and to a few restaurants seasonally. In 2015 we built our first growroom and began selling year round. In 2020 we built a second building for sterilizing and incubation. Getting our mushrooms on your plate in some fashion continues to be our goal. Our rich, savory and hearty mushrooms add flavor and nutrition to any recipe. We think you will agree.
Our markets include restaurants, small groceries, farmer's markets, and CSA partnerships. We have always tried to sell as directly to the consumer as possible. We really try to know our customers and love to hear from you.
