Going into my third year of baking bagels, I am proud to say I have been able to come up with 120 bagel varieties using some of the best ingredients in the Mohawk Valley. Â In addition to drawing inspiration from the local terrior, I have tried to remain creative by searching for new flavors insipired by far flung cuisines around the globe. Â My specialty remains the "E8" which you will find in a few different versions both garlicky and spicy! My everything can be enjoyed on just about anything. Enjoy!
