This handmade artisan sourdough loaf is made with Farmer Ground Flour from Trumansburg, NY. Comprised of 25% whole grains, it contains einkorn flour (an ancient grain, the first wheat humans cultivated thousands of years ago), whole wheat flour, and half white (lightly sifted) bread flour - all of which is organic. The lengthy fermentation of this bread (about 36 hours) is accomplished through the use of wild yeast. This bread is perfect lightly toasted with a bit of fresh farm butter and salt or honey. Enjoy!
