This handmade artisan sourdough loaf is made with Farmer Ground Flour from Trumansburg, NY. As the loaf undergoes a long fermentation time, organic oats are folded gently into the dough. The loaf is made from half white (lightly sifted) bread flour and a small amount of whole wheat flour - all of which is organic. The lengthy fermentation of this bread (about 36 hours) is accomplished through the use of wild yeast. This bread is great for sandwiches or lightly toasted with a bit of fresh farm butter. Enjoy!
