Raw and unfiltered honey from the Sauquoit Valley of Central New York. Harvested in August and September 2023 for the 3 ounce/2 pound containers. Harvested in October 2024 for the 1.5 and 3 pound containers. This run is made from goldenrods, purple asters, and other wildflowers of the Mohawk Valley, including the blooms of Capaflora Farm. Minimally processed to preserve pollen, propolis, and character of the honey. Since it has not been heated nor filtered to remove these other components of raw honey, this may arrive to you in crystallized (solid) form. To turn back to a pourable liquid, you can warm your jar in a bowl of hot water with the top slightly opened until you reach the desired consistency.
