Fabulous, organically grown Winter squashes: Delicata, Butternut, Spaghetti, Long Pie Pumpkin. Delicata is a smaller squash. We like to halve, seed it, slice it into crescents and roast it with the skin! Butternut is, well, butternut. Same for spaghetti squash. Long Pie Pumpkin is our absolute favorite culinary pumpkin. Pies, breads, muffins, cakes, and soups are all better when made with Long Pie Pumpkin! (Delicata avg. 1-2lbs/Butternut 4-5lbs/Spaghetti 3-4lbs/Long Pie 3-4lbs.)
