Leg of pork that has been traditionally cured, smoked over Hickory wood and then cut into thick (between 1/2 - 3/4" thick) slices with the bone in. Also, available the same process of curing and smoking but the leg is deboned and sliced very thin and packaged in roughly 1lb increments. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal, a hearty breakfast, topping a pizza, grilled ham and cheese sandwich, so many possibilities with either option.
